I never call it a "cheat day." That negative connotation perpetuates a failure mentality. It really all boils down to making the choices to support what you are hoping to achieve. Will that choice to eat a double-double from In-n-Out Burger support what I hoped to achieve, or will I, after inhaling it, feel like a failure, making it difficult or even less likely to get back on track? Choices not cheats.
