The one thing that no one has mentioned is the fact that the world is in massive turmoil and sadly the Biden administration was not/has not been able to be the strong presence needed to advance resolutions in battered areas. I am not certain that many people see Harris as a strong world leader. And I don't think it helps that she is female. She is not Hillary Clinton for certain.
