Well jeepers. There are seat belt LAWS enacted by state and federal LEGISLATURES.

There are LAWS.

Governors do not have the power to enact laws. They are elected to EXECUTE LAWS passed by the legislatures and signed into LAW by themselves or previous governors.

When state and federal legislatures, put in their office by the electorate, follow the process and pass bills about vaccine compliance, and wearing masks, then perhaps there will not be the push back.

Until then, these governors are assuming powers they have no right to assume. They are dictators.
